ALL WHO WANDER ARE NOT LOST (or are they?)
2. THE MEMOIRS SERIES:
CONCEPT: WHEN I LOOK BACK, DID THINGS HAPPEN HOW I REMEMBER THEM.
After the break up of a relationship I so wanted to work I started writing a short memoir each year because at the end of each year it felt I had achieved nothing. Absolutely nothing and that that year was a waste and that my time filled with pointlessness.
The first one was called Back to Beginning? Because that’s what it felt like, I’d fallen back down a hill and was back at the beginning - but inside me I was also curious. How is that possible. So I decided to talk to myself about this, by writing what happened in the year. And you know, it was never true that nothing had happened. What a relief.
I recommend it. Be curious about your messy and unhelpful mind. Afterall don’t all gurus say you have to master your mind. I think possibly, this might be one of the ways.
Now I’m on youtube and hope you will join me. But these books are a testament to fighting the idea that when things go wrong it’s all been a waste of time…

I’ve been travelling alone since I was 13, a privileged kid of an expat living in South Asia. But I was also a female child. Meaning over the years I learned a lot about safety. From how you walk, to what things you need to think about. I’ve put it all in this first version.
